1. Define and synthesize the business needs of various regions to outline upcoming projects.
2. Coordinate with diverse departments including IT, retail, and repair workshops to ensure seamless project implementation.
3. Test and evaluate new tools and processes.
4. Conduct training sessions for over 1000 users across different regions on new processes and tools.
5. Engage in a wide array of projects spanning operations to retail.
6. Ensure the effective use of information systems by users and maintain data accuracy.
7. Monitor weekly KPIs, providing challenges and support to regions to achieve targets in a global context.
8. Oversee the consumption and stock management of spare parts across an extensive network of stores and workshops.
9. Consolidate monthly budgets and P&L for all markets, scrutinizing repair costs.

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field

4. Fluency in English
