1. Ensure the information system is properly utilized by users and maintain data accuracy.
2. Monitor weekly KPIs, providing challenges and support to regions to achieve targets in a global context.
3. Manage spare parts consumption and stock across a vast network of stores and repair workshops.
4. Consolidate monthly budget reports, including P&L for all markets, and challenge repair costs.
5. Create and update the master database for Re-Crafted products and points of sale.
6. Assist project managers in launching the Re-Crafted program in new markets.
7. Upgrade and test reporting systems, such as the Re-Crafted repair status.
8. Develop a cost analysis dashboard to ensure repair costs align with budget and propose corrective actions.
9. Participate in projects aimed at improving repair productivity and quality.

1. Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
2. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
