1. Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to line staff.
2. Conduct annual employee reviews.
3. Document employee qualifications and derive training and development opportunities.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and internal company safety and health regulations, as well as machinery and equipment standards.
5. Maintain agreed efficiency and quality targets.
6. Ensure timely completion of planned operational orders, organize and document potential rework, conduct root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions.
7. Ensure the availability of materials, operating supplies, and tools necessary for ongoing production.
8. Oversee maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of machinery and tools, as well as general order and cleanliness within the area of responsibility.

1. Completed technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent qualification.
2. First experience in disciplinary or professional leadership in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Experience in Lean Production and process optimization advantageous.

3. Excellent organizational skills and high quality awareness.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
6. Fluent in German; additional foreign language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent.
