1. Lead and manage the production line staff both disciplinarily and technically.
2. Conduct annual employee reviews in line with ICR & RISE.
3. Document employee qualifications and identify training and development opportunities.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and internal safety and health regulations, as well as machinery and equipment standards.
5. Meet agreed efficiency and quality targets.
6. Complete planned production orders on schedule and organize documentation of rework, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
7. Ensure availability of materials, operational supplies, and tools necessary for ongoing production.
8. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and tools, ensuring cleanliness and order within the area of responsibility.

1. Completed technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent, with substantial professional experience.
2. Further qualification as a master craftsman or technician is advantageous.
3. Initial experience in disciplinary or technical leadership within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
4. Proficiency in Lean Production and process optimization is beneficial.

3. Excellent organizational skills and a strong quality awareness.
4. High level of responsibility and assertiveness.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
6. Fluent in German; additional language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a production environment.

Technical vocational training in metalworking or related field.
