Rimowa Production Team Leader

1. Lead and manage the production line team both disciplinarily and professionally.
2. Conduct annual employee reviews as part of ICR & RISE initiatives.
3. Document employee qualification levels and identify opportunities for training and development.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and internal safety and health regulations, as well as machinery and equipment standards.
5. Meet agreed efficiency and quality targets.
6. Complete planned production orders on schedule and organize and document any necessary rework, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
7. Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for ongoing production.
8. Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of machinery and tools, as well as the general order and cleanliness of the responsible area.

1. Completed technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent experience, with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician preferred.
2. Initial experience in disciplinary or professional leadership within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
3. Experience in Lean Production and process optimization is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
5. Excellent organizational skills and a strong quality awareness.
6. High sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
7. Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
8. Fluent in German, with additional language skills being an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent.
