Rimowa Production Team Leader

- Lead and manage the production line team both disciplinarily and professionally.
- Conduct annual employee reviews as part of ICR & RISE initiatives.
- Document employee qualification levels and identify opportunities for training and development.
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal safety and health regulations, as well as machinery and equipment standards.
- Meet agreed efficiency and quality targets.
- Complete planned production orders on schedule and organize and document any necessary rework, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for ongoing production.
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of machinery and tools, as well as the general order and cleanliness of the responsible area.
- Completed technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent experience, with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician preferred.
- Initial experience in disciplinary or professional leadership within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Experience in Lean Production and process optimization is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong quality awareness.
- High sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
- Fluent in German, with additional language skills being an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Technical vocational training in metalworking or equivalent.
