1. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support production needs at the Cambridge site.
2. Deploy inventory strategies and manage product changes and material planning implications.
3. Handle daily management of supply and constraints, status reporting, and supplier engagement.
4. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to production schedules.
5. Optimize inventory levels based on forecasts and demand variations.
6. Manage supplier relationships and develop new local suppliers for cost savings.
7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain role within a direct manufacturing environment.
3. Expert knowledge of forecasting, MRP/ERP systems, and supply chain operations.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous.
5. Professional certifications such as CPIM, CPSM, or SCMP are preferred.
