1. Develop and implement robust patent strategies to protect RIMOWA's innovations and maintain competitive advantage.
2. Support and advise on the entire patent registration process, including drafting, reviewing, and filing patent applications.
3. Conduct patent landscape analyses and freedom-to-operate assessments.
4. Provide strategic legal advice on R&D and innovation projects, ensuring compliance with IP laws and treaties.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related contracts, including NDAs and R&D agreements.
6. Collaborate with innovation and development teams to safeguard inventions and manage patent-related operations.
7. Oversee patent litigation and enforcement strategies, managing disputes and supporting anti-counterfeiting initiatives.

1. Above-average law degree or a completed technical degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial company or a private law firm.
3. In-depth knowledge of IP and patent law, with experience in drafting IP-related contracts.
4. Native German speaker preferred, with business fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
