1. Provide exceptional client service and support, particularly during store closing hours and weekends.
2. Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations and personalized service.

4. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
5. Manage first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
