1. Define detailed production schedules and parameters for new product launches, integrating factory capacities and constraints.
2. Collaborate with the product development team to analyze specifications and establish realistic production timelines.
3. Synchronize the supply of components and raw materials with the Procurement Planning team.
4. Harmonize novelty production plans with permanent references to optimize factory production capacities.
5. Monitor production progress, track discrepancies, and raise alerts for deviations.
6. Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure a common understanding of objectives and constraints.
7. Implement and monitor production KPIs for novelties, analyze variances, and identify root causes for process improvement.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of capacity planning tools for non-suitcase products.
9. Develop and share a standard production timing definition tool to enhance transparency of product launch timelines.
10. Manage and maintain all finished product master data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

1. Master's degree in engineering or business, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management.
2. Significant experience in production planning within an international manufacturing environment.

2. Highly organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and interpret large data volumes.
4. Proficiency in office software, with advanced Excel skills.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong asset.

Minimum of 5 years in production planning, ideally in an international manufacturing environment.

Master's degree in engineering or business.
