- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
