Rimowa Margin & Project Controlling Manager

- Contribute to actual and budgetary closings, ensuring data reliability and relevance.
- Build and manage the consolidated P&L with various closing options.
- Analyze the consolidated margin in collaboration with the industrial finance manager and distribution.
- Act as a business partner to operational teams, challenging and supporting performance.
- Manage the consolidated review of general and administrative expenses, preparing, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Participate in the construction of consolidated cash flow during the budget period.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects related to process transformation and improvement.
- Supervise team member's work, including margin construction and management of intra-group margin eliminations.
- Liaise with Executive Committee members, various departments, and other subsidiaries.
- Master's degree in finance, management control, or auditing from a leading engineering or management school.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial management control and margin analysis in an international environment.
- Proven experience in team management, both direct and functional.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in financial information systems such as Office Suite, Excel, SAP BFC, Anaplan, and SAP.
- Excellent understanding of margin and consolidated financial management issues.
- Fluent in English, essential for international collaboration.
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and analytical skills.
- Autonomy and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and results-oriented leadership.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial management control and margin analysis within an international context is required, along with proven team management experience.
Master's degree in finance, management control, or auditing from a leading engineering or management school.
