7. Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain the store's appearance.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a keen interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Ideally, a significant initial experience in a high-end or luxury environment.
3. Dynamic, welcoming, and possessing strong interpersonal skills in an international setting.
4. Proficient in digital tools and open to new working methods.
5. Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
