1. Deliver exceptional customer service adhering to operational procedures.
2. Embody RIMOWA's brand values and ensure a unique customer experience.
3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to flagship store revenue through omnichannel services.
4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing guidance as necessary.
5. Maintain product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market.
6. Build customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure merchandising standards and store presentation are upheld.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in after-sales service management in coordination with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector.
2. Significant experience in a high-end/luxury environment is preferred.
3. Dynamic, welcoming, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
4. Proficient in digital tools and open to new working methods.
5. Fluent in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5), with proficiency in English and French.
