1. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures.

6. Foster customer loyalty and expand the CRM database.
7. Ensure proper merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist with after-sales service management in collaboration with the Client Care Center.

1. Higher education degree with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a high-end or luxury environment.
3. Fluency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 level), with proficiency in English and French.

1. Dynamic, welcoming, and warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
2. Comfortable with digital tools and open to new working methods.
3. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Minimum of 3 years in a high-end or luxury environment.
