1. Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and automated production systems.
2. Replace components and spare parts on machines and systems.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot automated conveyor systems (pallet conveyor systems).
4. Maintain, update, and potentially digitize machine and system documentation.
5. Procure spare parts, operating materials, and external services.
6. Support, supervise, and document repairs and assembly work by external companies.
7. Maintain maintenance logs and reports of daily activities.
8. Occasionally assist with fixture construction.
9. Monitor and document inspection deadlines.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Completed training in Mechatronics or as an Energy and Plant Electronics Technician/Electronics Technician for Automation Technology with strong mechanical knowledge.
2. Several years of professional experience in maintenance with solid knowledge in pneumatics, electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.

1. Practical knowledge in handling automated systems with integrated industrial robotics (KUKA, ABB, Siemens S7) is advantageous.
2. Strong documentation skills.
3. Excellent communication skills with a desire for teamwork.
4. Organizational talent combined with a hands-on mentality.
5. Solid MS Office skills.
6. Experience with aluminum materials is beneficial.
7. Ideally, CNC knowledge.
8. Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
9. English proficiency is an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles is required.

Completed vocational training in Mechatronics or related fields.
