1. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery and automated production systems.
2. Replace components and spare parts in machinery and equipment.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot automated conveyor systems.
4. Maintain, update, and potentially digitize machinery and equipment documentation.
5. Procure spare parts, operational materials, and external services.
6. Support, supervise, and document repairs and assembly work conducted by external companies.
7. Maintain maintenance logs and reports of daily activities.
8. Occasionally assist in fixture construction.
9. Monitor and document inspection deadlines.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Completed training in Mechatronics or as an Energy and Plant Electronics Technician/Electronics Technician for Automation Technology with strong mechanical knowledge.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance with expertise in pneumatics, electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.

1. Practical knowledge of automated systems with integrated industrial robotics (KUKA, ABB, Siemens S7) is advantageous.
2. Strong documentation skills.
3. Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
4. Organizational talent with a hands-on approach.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Experience with aluminum materials is a plus.
7. Ideally, knowledge of CNC operations.
8. Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
9. English proficiency is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years

Completed training in Mechatronics or related field.
