Rimowa Maintenance Intern

1. Maintain and update machine and equipment documentation, including digitizing existing documents and completing them in collaboration with machine suppliers.
2. Oversee data management and monitoring in all maintenance-related areas, such as fault recording, logbook maintenance, machine registry, audit lists, industrial trucks, and power tools.
3. Assist the maintenance management in implementing a CMMS maintenance software (ISPRO).
4. Support the 5S coordinator in the 5S project.
5. Contribute to the creation of risk assessments, operating instructions, and safety training documents, including the implementation of a training software.
6. Collect and analyze key performance indicators using Excel and PowerBI.
7. Aid in the planning and execution of maintenance measures, including coordination tasks.
8. Jointly manage the maintenance of leased industrial trucks and power tools.
9. Order spare parts and operating materials throughout the entire ordering process.
10. Support inventory processes and technical interface projects in production, engineering, R&D, and facility management.

1. Advanced studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Good technical understanding.
3. Excellent documentation skills.
4. Strong communication skills, independent working style, and high level of teamwork ability.
5. Outstanding organizational talent with a hands-on mentality.
6. Basic knowledge of process improvement methods (LEAN, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
7. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
8. Proficient in MS Office.
9. Initial experience in an industrial company is desirable.
10. Experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
