1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal).
2. Disassemble, assemble, and adjust machine components and assemblies.
3. Address pneumatic and hydraulic system malfunctions.
4. Perform welding tasks for repair and adaptation of parts and in fixture construction.
5. Conduct turning operations and conventional manufacturing activities for spare and special parts.
6. Maintain and service industrial robots (KUKA, ABB) in collaboration with external service providers.
7. Document completed tasks in the CMMS system.
8. Implement 5S measures and conduct leakage audits.
9. Communicate and coordinate with external equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
10. Support task coordination within the team.
11. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to production technology.
12. Participate in training and professional development to maintain technical expertise.

1. Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or equivalent.
2. Further training in welding technology and experience with robotic systems is advantageous.
3. Additional qualifications such as EuP, EffT are beneficial.
4. Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or equivalent.
