1. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including distribution, partnerships, procurement, and service agreements.
2. Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial projects and business models, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations across jurisdictions.
3. Provide trusted legal advice and support to various business units on commercial and operational initiatives, conducting legal research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align legal requirements with business needs, and manage external legal counsel for litigation or special projects.

1. Above-average legal state examinations.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or international company.
3. Advanced knowledge in Commercial Law, particularly in contract management.
4. Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms; advanced French proficiency is advantageous.
