1. Monitor international regulatory developments and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Research and respond to inquiries regarding European regulations and directives, including the 'EU Green Deal'.
3. Provide legal support to the Sustainability and Product Development departments on reporting obligations related to EUCSRD, ESG, CBAM, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, packaging laws, EU Product Safety Regulation, global chemical regulations, and EU labeling requirements.
4. Manage and oversee the compliance obligations of Rimowa's legal register.
5. Implement statutory and LVMH Group compliance requirements.
6. Support the annual LVMH Group compliance campaign and internal audits.
7. Draft and update process descriptions for compliance topics.
8. Assist the legal department with various business and contract law issues, including those with international context, and the implementation of legal tools.

1. Above-average legal state examinations.
2. At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or international company.
3. In-depth knowledge in Regulatory & Compliance.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
