1. Oversee the recruitment process for interns and work-study students, from job description collection to contract finalization.
2. Collaborate with managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job postings.
3. Screen and select candidate applications, conducting pre-qualification calls and interviews in both French and English.
4. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback to applicants.
5. Facilitate the integration and community management of interns and work-study students, organizing events and communications.
6. Manage a dedicated project for each new class of interns, including theme development and meeting coordination.
7. Engage in school relations and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the LVMH group.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR at a graduate level.

1. Autonomy and proactive approach with strong organizational skills.
2. Diplomatic with excellent interpersonal communication.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate active listening.
4. Proficient writing skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English is essential.

Entry-level position suitable for students with no prior professional experience required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant graduate program.
