- Monitor and report on monthly cost trends of raw materials compared to previous year and financial goals.
- Oversee and harmonize pricing across manufacturing locations to ensure consistency.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of product development, including cost reviews for new products with the Industrial Finance Manager.
- Maintain accurate valuation for inventory of raw materials and parts.
- Verify consistency between open purchase orders and standard price lists before receipt.
- Ensure uniform pricing for spare parts and raw materials.
- Regularly compare recent purchase prices to weighted average prices.
- Oversee inventory counting processes, including periodic cycle counts and annual full stocktakes.
- Be present during stocktaking operations and collaborate with other locations to share best practices.
- Ensure accuracy in finished goods records across systems prior to inventory counts.
- Analyze discrepancies in purchase order valuations and assess procurement performance.
- Aid in cost estimation for raw materials yet to be received (accruals).
- Calculate costs related to subcontracted work and internal sub-assemblies, considering updates such as rates, depreciation, and material values.
- Run weekly scorecard (Production Performance KPIs) in Power BI.
- Perform additional duties pertinent to industrial financial management as needed.
- University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and a reliable way of working.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Proactive approach and enjoyment of dynamic corporate environments.
- First experience in SAP is a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
