1. Monitor and report on monthly cost trends of raw materials compared to previous year and financial goals.
2. Oversee and harmonize pricing across manufacturing locations to ensure consistency.
3. Assist in managing financial aspects of product development, including cost reviews for new products with the Industrial Finance Manager.
4. Maintain accurate valuation for inventory of raw materials and parts.
5. Verify consistency between open purchase orders and standard price lists before receipt.
6. Ensure uniform pricing for spare parts and raw materials.
7. Regularly compare recent purchase prices to weighted average prices.
8. Oversee inventory counting processes, including periodic cycle counts and annual full stocktakes.
9. Be present during stocktaking operations and collaborate with other locations to share best practices.
10. Ensure accuracy in finished goods records across systems prior to inventory counts.
11. Analyze discrepancies in purchase order valuations and assess procurement performance.
12. Aid in cost estimation for raw materials yet to be received (accruals).
13. Calculate costs related to subcontracted work and internal sub-assemblies, considering updates such as rates, depreciation, and material values.
14. Run weekly scorecard (Production Performance KPIs) in Power BI.
15. Perform additional duties pertinent to industrial financial management as needed.

1. University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.

1. Strong analytical skills and a reliable way of working.
2. Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
3. Proactive approach and enjoyment of dynamic corporate environments.
4. First experience in SAP is a plus.
5. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
6. Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
