1. Lead and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives.
2. Translate business requirements into IT project plans and solutions.
3. Collaborate with IT Domain Managers to address identified business needs.
4. Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
5. Define all expected deliverables, including functional specifications and acceptance booklets.
6. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
7. Develop, implement, and maintain project governance policies and procedures.
8. Oversee project portfolio management and report to the Chief Technology Officer.
9. Promote best practices in project management and governance across the organization.
10. Collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.

1. At least 8 years of experience in project management with a strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector.
2. Solid experience with cross-functional transformation processes in an international organization.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

2. Proficient in project management; certification or experience in a consulting firm is advantageous.
3. Assertive, organized, and independent.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
6. Dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.

At least 8 years of experience in IT-focused project management, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors.
