Rimowa IT Technical Project Manager

1. Lead and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives.
2. Translate business requirements into IT project plans and solutions.
3. Collaborate with IT Domain Managers to meet identified business needs.
4. Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
5. Define all expected deliverables, including functional specifications and acceptance booklets.
6. Develop, implement, and maintain project governance policies and procedures.
7. Oversee project portfolio management and report to the Chief Technology Officer.
8. Promote best practices in project management and governance across the organization.
9. Collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.

1. At least 8 years of experience in project management with a strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector.
2. Solid experience with cross-functional transformation processes in an international organization.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
4. Strong sense of business issues and technical solutions.
5. Proficient in project management; certification or experience in a consulting firm is advantageous.
6. Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.
