1. Support IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives involving various business areas such as manufacturing, delivery, retail, e-commerce, CRM, customer care, and finance.
2. Ensure project governance within the Infrastructure Team, including Steering Committee preparation and animation, planning, and portfolio review.
3. Lead IT projects from framing to delivery, formalizing business needs and IT solutions.
4. Facilitate communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
5. Frame and animate the Infrastructure community dedicated to Retail Infrastructure activities.
6. Assist the IT Transversal Project Manager in formalizing IT processes.
7. Launch and coordinate activities necessary for project completion.
8. Prepare deliverables such as functional specifications and acceptance booklets.
9. Support the Project Methodology within the Infrastructure Team through animation, follow-up, and documentation.
10. Provide feedback on projects to enhance project management content.

1. Master's degree in IT Project Management from a business or engineering school.
2. Strong IT focus, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
3. Initial experience in IT project management.

1. Ability to lead meetings effectively.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Office 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in IT project management is required.

Master's degree in IT Project Management from a business or engineering school.
