1. Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established milestones and deliverables.
4. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
5. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between technical teams and business units.
6. Design and implement comprehensive IT monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
7. Identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
8. Develop and manage monitoring dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into system health.
9. Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.
10. Oversee the planning and execution of IT operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
11. Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
12. Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards.
13. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
14. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
