- Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between technical teams and business units.
- Design and implement comprehensive IT monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
- Develop and manage monitoring dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into system health.
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.
- Oversee the planning and execution of IT operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English is required.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
