1. Develop and implement network strategies and architectures to support business objectives.
2. Design, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
3. Implement and manage security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
4. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
5. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
6. Analyze network traffic and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Provide technical support and advice to IT staff and end users regarding network-related issues.
8. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
10. Prepare regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
11. Manage relationships with network hardware and software vendors, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance of equipment.
12. Evaluate and select new technologies and solutions to enhance network capabilities.
13. Manage relationships with network management services partners to ensure a good overall level of service.
14. Lead network-related projects in partnership with the local IT team, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
15. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution within budget and on schedule.

1. Master's degree in computer science
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in the retail sector
3. Proven management experience in an international context
4. Fluent English and French required
