1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing solutions and processes across various departments including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales.
2. Develop and implement a detailed project plan for the integration of SAP S4, PLM, Collaborative Applications, and QA solutions.
3. Lead a cross-functional project committee to ensure cohesive project execution.
4. Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to facilitate project progress.
5. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
6. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
7. Manage change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
8. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and milestones.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
3. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, with familiarity in PLM and QA solutions.
2. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product development, and sales operations.
3. Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Analytical thinking and strategic vision.
6. Excellent communication and persuasive skills for cross-functional team collaboration.

Minimum 10 years

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
