Rimowa IT Backoffice Transformation Project Manager

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing solutions and processes across various departments including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales.
- Develop and implement a detailed project plan for the integration of SAP S4, PLM, Collaborative Applications, and QA solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional project committee to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to facilitate project progress.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Manage change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, with familiarity in PLM and QA solutions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product development, and sales operations.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and strategic vision.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
Minimum 10 years
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
