1. Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as summer and Christmas parties, after-work gatherings, and other community-building activities.
2. Develop engaging content for internal communication platforms, including articles, images, and videos.
3. Create and implement the internal communication roadmap for the headquarters and factory in Cologne, as well as stores across Germany.
4. Disseminate internal announcements and newsletters to employees in Germany.
5. Collaborate with external service providers such as agencies, printers, and event venues.
6. Conduct monthly onboarding events for new employees.
7. Prepare presentations and reports for management.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications and/or event management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications and/or event management.
