- Translate product briefs into compelling design concepts.
- Maintain and update the database of components and colors.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with product, design operations, and development teams on research, concept creation, feasibility studies, and design development.
- Utilize strong narrative skills and visual tools to enhance product storytelling.
- Work with product engineers to propose product and process improvements.
- Support the design team with mock-ups and presentations.
- Engage in hands-on product presentations to various departments.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Pursuing a university degree in product or industrial design.
- User-centric mindset with a solid technical understanding, ideally with some experience in manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on attitude with an open mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-spirited with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Fusion 360, or Solidworks.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, or Blender is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
- Strong design and conceptualization skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD and visualization software.
- Ability to conduct and apply market research.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in product or industrial design.
