1. Translate product briefs into compelling design concepts.
2. Maintain and update the database of components and colors.
3. Identify opportunities for product enhancements.
4. Collaborate with product, design operations, and development teams on research, concept creation, feasibility studies, and design development.
5. Utilize strong narrative skills and visual tools to enhance product storytelling.
6. Work with product engineers to propose product and process improvements.
7. Support the design team with mock-ups and presentations.
8. Engage in hands-on product presentations to various departments.
9. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

1. Pursuing a university degree in product or industrial design.
2. User-centric mindset with a solid technical understanding, ideally with some experience in manufacturing processes.
3. Hands-on attitude with an open mindset and eagerness to learn.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and team-spirited with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Fusion 360, or Solidworks.
6. Familiarity with visualization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, or Blender is advantageous.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
