1. Create engaging content for internal communications platforms in English, including articles, images, and videos.
2. Support concept development and the rollout of internal communications initiatives.
3. Manage requests for pieces from the heritage collection for exhibitions, events, and loans.
4. Maintain and expand the heritage collection database, conducting detailed inventories.
5. Create presentations and assist with day-to-day activities.

1. Currently pursuing studies in communications, marketing, art history, or related fields.
2. Initial practical experience in internal or corporate communications, public relations, or journalism is advantageous.
3. Hands-on experience in managing an archive or working in a museum is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Canva and/or CMS is preferred.
3. Creativity and strong communication skills.
4. Organized and methodical approach to work.
5. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Beginner level experience in relevant fields such as internal communications, public relations, or archival management.

Pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, art history, or a related field.

14€ hourly wage.
