1. Lead the design and optimization of workstations and assembly cells, ensuring ergonomic and efficient setups that meet luxury product quality standards.
2. Conduct time studies and headcount rationalization to optimize labor allocation and productivity without compromising craftsmanship.
3. Design and implement optimal material flow and production layouts, considering the delicate handling of luxury materials.
4. Utilize Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the production of luxury goods.
5. Analyze lead time, throughput, and bottlenecks to implement impactful improvements, maintaining high standards of quality and exclusivity.
6. Monitor production trends, recommend proactive actions, and engage production teams in continuous improvement efforts.
7. Apply statistical and business process analysis to support evidence-based decision-making for process enhancements.
8. Develop, communicate, and implement Lean Management strategies and policies tailored to the unique demands of luxury manufacturing.
9. Train and coach employees and leaders on Lean methodologies and tools.
10. Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
11. Collaborate with equipment vendors to define equipment requirements and specifications that meet precise luxury manufacturing standards.
12. Prepare comprehensive product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in luxury goods or a high-precision manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies and process improvement programs.
4. Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee involvement in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
5. Minimum 3 years' experience with AutoCAD for layout updates.
6. Sigma Green Belt certification and/or Automation experience are significant assets.
