1. Translate product briefs into compelling design concepts.
2. Maintain and update the database of components and colors.
3. Identify opportunities for product enhancement.
4. Collaborate closely with product, design operations, and development teams on research, concept creation, feasibility studies, and design development.
5. Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities using visual tools to enhance product narratives.
6. Work alongside product engineers to propose product and process improvements.
7. Support the design team with mock-ups and presentations.
8. Actively engage in hands-on product presentations to various departments.
9. Stay informed about current industry trends and market conditions through research in fashion, art, and design.

1. Currently pursuing a university degree in product or industrial design.
2. Possess a user-centric mindset with a solid technical understanding, ideally with some experience in manufacturing processes.
3. Exhibit a hands-on attitude, an open mindset, and eagerness to learn.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and team-spirited with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Fusion 360, or Solidworks.
6. Proficiency in visualization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, or Blender is advantageous.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
