1. Translate product briefs into compelling design concepts.
2. Maintain and update the database of components and colors.
3. Identify opportunities for product improvements.
4. Collaborate with product, design operations, and development teams on research, concept creation, feasibility studies, and design development.
5. Utilize strong narrative skills and visual tools to enhance product storytelling.
6. Work with product engineers to suggest product and process improvements.
7. Support the design team with mock-ups and presentations.
8. Engage in hands-on product presentations to other departments.
9. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and market conditions in fashion, art, and design.

1. Pursuing a university degree in product or industrial design.
2. User-centric mindset with a solid technical understanding, ideally with some experience in manufacturing processes.
3. Practical attitude, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and team-spirited with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Fusion 360, Solidworks).
6. Familiarity with visualization tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, Blender is a plus.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous.
