1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies for assigned categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and deadline management.
2. Support internal clients in formalizing needs, drafting specifications, and managing calls for tenders.
3. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers in areas such as creative, event, production, communication, and public relations agencies; e-commerce and CRM service providers; production of customer gifts, uniforms, printing, and packaging.
4. Collaborate with the Legal Department to draft, review, and validate contracts.
5. Monitor supplier performance and internal customer satisfaction.
6. Propose process optimizations, conduct market monitoring, and identify new cost-saving opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the group's CSR commitments, including organizing and monitoring supplier audits.

1. Minimum of 6 years' experience in a purchasing role within a similar field and industry.
2. Proven ability to define and execute purchasing strategies.
3. Strong command of contract implementation and negotiation skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and implement monitoring and decision-making tools.
4. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of priorities and curiosity.
5. Ability to navigate an international and unstructured environment with ease.

At least 6 years of experience in a purchasing role within a similar industry.
