Rimowa Human Resources Intern

1. Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and preparing offer and rejection communications.
2. Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, prepare orientation materials and support induction sessions for new hires.
3. Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement events and internal communications relating to those initiatives.
4. Maintain and update confidential employee records and organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
5. Prepare HR reports and analytics as requested by HR leadership.
6. Provide administrative support to HR and retail teams and respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
7. Perform ad hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

1. Minimum of one year of prior HR coursework or internship experience.
2. Currently enrolled in a BA or BS program at an accredited university.
3. Strong administrative, organizational and time-management capabilities.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for interfacing with senior leadership.
