1. Provide HR support for 120 retail employees across Germany, collaborating closely with Area and Store Management.
2. Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries and issues.
3. Ensure employee engagement and foster strong relationships within teams.
4. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in collaboration with the local recruiting team to meet staffing objectives.
5. Support the enhancement of employee development and retention strategies.
6. Manage daily HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including administrative tasks and adherence to LVMH procedures.
7. Collaborate with the works council on relevant matters.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.

3. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
4. Solution-oriented with strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
5. Effective communication skills in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Minimum of 5 years in an HR department or HR service provider, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
