1. Provide HR support for 120 retail employees in Germany, collaborating closely with area and store management on all HR matters within the retail sector.
2. Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries from employees.
3. Ensure employee retention and build strong relationships with teams.
4. Develop a strategic hiring plan and work closely with the local recruiting team to achieve staffing goals.
5. Support the expansion of employee development and retention initiatives.
6. Oversee daily HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including all administrative tasks and LVMH procedures.
7. Collaborate with the works council on relevant issues.

1. Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an HR department or with an HR service provider, preferably in retail.

1. Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
2. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
3. Empathetic team player with excellent conflict management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in an HR department or with an HR service provider, ideally in a retail environment.
