Rimowa HR Business Partner

- Provide HR support for 120 retail employees in Germany, collaborating closely with Area and Store Management on HR matters.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, ensuring strong employee engagement and relationship building.
- Develop and implement a strategic hiring plan in partnership with the local recruiting team to meet ambitious staffing goals.
- Support the expansion of employee development initiatives and foster employee retention.
- Oversee daily HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including administrative tasks and adherence to LVMH procedures.
- Collaborate with the works council on relevant HR issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Assertive with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Solution-oriented with empathetic team player qualities.
- Proficient in German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an HR department or with an HR service provider, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
