- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting clients in the store.
- Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction within the luxurious store environment.
- Support organizational tasks in After Sales Service, stockroom management, and deliveries.
- Uphold and represent the RIMOWA brand with the highest standards of luxury.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong passion for selling luxury products and enhancing customer experience.
Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the luxury sector.
