1. Lead, mentor, and manage the homologation and project quality management teams.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality and compliance objectives.
4. Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
5. Oversee the homologation process to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory requirements.
7. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
8. Ensure timely submission and approval of homologation and compliance documents.
9. Develop and implement project quality management plans and processes.
10. Monitor and control project quality to meet specified requirements and standards.
11. Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables.
12. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues or non-compliances.
13. Communicate quality and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.
14. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for homologation and quality management processes.

1. Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
3. 5+ years of leadership experience.

A minimum of 10 years in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
