1. Lead, mentor, and manage the homologation and project quality management teams.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality and compliance objectives.
4. Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
5. Oversee the homologation process to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory requirements.
7. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
8. Ensure timely submission and approval of homologation and compliance documents.
9. Develop and implement project quality management plans and processes.
10. Monitor and control project quality to ensure products meet specified requirements.
11. Communicate quality and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for homologation and quality management processes.

1. Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) or a comparable qualification in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
3. 5+ years of leadership experience.
4. Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
