1. Lead, mentor, and manage the homologation and project quality management teams.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality and compliance objectives.
4. Oversee the homologation process to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
5. Maintain knowledge of global regulatory requirements and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
6. Develop and implement project quality management plans and processes.
7. Monitor and control project quality to ensure products meet specified requirements.
8. Communicate quality and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for homologation and quality management processes.

1. Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) or comparable qualification in engineering, quality management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
3. 5+ years of leadership experience.
4. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
