- Lead, mentor, and manage the homologation and project quality management teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality and compliance objectives.
- Oversee the homologation process to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
- Maintain knowledge of global regulatory requirements and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement project quality management plans and processes.
- Monitor and control project quality to ensure products meet specified requirements.
- Communicate quality and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for homologation and quality management processes.
- Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) or comparable qualification in engineering, quality management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Experience leading and developing global teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) or a comparable qualification in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
