- Develop and execute market-specific media strategies in collaboration with media agencies to allocate and monitor the regional marketing budget.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to align with local market realities while maintaining brand coherence.
- Define and implement a comprehensive 360° annual marketing calendar across media, PR, events, and retail activations.
- Manage and develop the regional EMEA marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Supervise press and talent initiatives to enhance brand awareness and secure press coverage across EMEA.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR on event management and client and press events.
- Identify cultural, consumer, and market trends to shape regionally relevant brand initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and guide franchise partners in marketing planning and budget allocation.
- 10+ years of experience in media within an international environment, either in an agency or company setting.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred.
- Strong leadership experience managing marketing teams across different markets.
- Excellent knowledge of the EMEA region.
- Proficiency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs.
A minimum of 10 years in media within an international environment, with a focus on strategic marketing and team leadership.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred.
