- Develop and execute market-specific media strategies in collaboration with media agencies to manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring precise planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to align with local market conditions while maintaining brand coherence and relevance.
- Implement the 360° annual marketing calendar, encompassing media campaigns, PR, events, and retail activations, and lead regional brand initiatives in partnership with HQ and local retail teams.
- Manage and cultivate the regional EMEA marketing team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Oversee press and talent initiatives to enhance brand awareness, secure press coverage, and elevate brand image across EMEA.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR to foster press and talent initiatives that boost brand desirability across regions.
- Supervise event management, including the conceptualization, planning, and execution of client and press events.
- Identify cultural, consumer, and market trends to develop regionally relevant brand initiatives and maintain cultural resonance.
- Ensure brand consistency and guide franchise partners in their annual marketing planning and budget allocation.
- Over 10 years of experience in media within an international setting, either in an agency or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in German and English, with French as an advantage.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred.
- Strong leadership experience managing marketing teams across diverse markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the EMEA region is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs in the region.
- Proficiency in budget planning and tracking.
- International mindset with creativity, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interest in art, design, fashion, and travel.
Minimum of 10 years in media within an international environment, with experience in agency or corporate settings.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred.
