1. Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Design and implement a global quality management system to support worldwide operations.
3. Optimize the structure and effectiveness of the quality and purchasing organizations.
4. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sourcing, purchasing, and quality.
5. Provide strategic oversight of operational quality assurance across all production sites and supplier networks.
6. Drive the global quality organization to establish and maintain robust quality standards across the entire value chain.
7. Partner with stakeholders to develop and deploy effective global quality solutions.
8. Lead root cause analysis and mitigation efforts for quality-related issues.
9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
10. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
11. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and address issues proactively.
12. Lead, mentor, and develop the sourcing, purchasing, and quality teams.
13. Oversee daily operations of sourcing, purchasing, and quality functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
15. Develop and manage the sourcing, purchasing, and quality budgets.

1. Completed technical university degree (Master's/Diploma) or comparable qualification in engineering, quality management, purchasing, business administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing/purchasing and quality management within a manufacturing environment.
3. 5+ years of leadership experience in both functions.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute effective action plans and manage project deliverables.
5. Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing/purchasing and quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
