1. Support the development of face-to-face and digital training courses in alignment with the training plan defined by the Global Training Manager.
2. Assist in the creation of diverse content to support both face-to-face and digital training sessions.
3. Ensure comprehensive data reporting of training programs deployed across all countries.
4. Participate in managing the in-house training application (YOOBIC), including content creation, learner management, reporting analysis, and video creation.
5. Contribute to the deployment of training in various formats, including digital, face-to-face, and hybrid models, and the introduction of new tools.
6. Provide support and respond to the training needs of different regions.

1. Education from a business school or a communications/journalism school.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong writing skills.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Interest in the luxury fashion and lifestyle sector.

2. Ability to create engaging video content.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a rigorous approach to tasks.
