Rimowa Global Media Strategy Assistant Intern

- Assist the Senior Global Media Manager in implementing and tracking brand health studies and global testing roadmaps.
- Summarize local media strategies into concise documents for management.
- Design templates for strategic documents that are succinct and comprehensible.
- Support planning and briefing of local teams and agencies on global campaigns to enhance RIMOWA's brand awareness.
- Review and approve global and local media plans and activations.
- Prepare media campaign overviews for senior leadership.
- Brief creative agencies on the localization of campaign assets and ensure timely delivery to partners.
- Verify advert preview links across all channels and secure management validation of placements.
- Gather and consolidate campaign results for global post-campaign reports.
- Monitor competitors and share innovative approaches with the Global Marketing team.
- Manage photo reporting from local regions and maintain archives of ad campaigns.
- Support the organic social team with monthly reporting and organize quarterly business reviews.
- Manage office media archives and track global media expenses.
- Coordinate daily meetings with partners, agencies, and regions.
- Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economics (BAC +4/5).
- Fluent in English, the working language of the international team.
- Previous internship experience in online/offline media, either in an agency or company, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong numerical and Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Passion for media and digital trends with an affinity for the luxury industry, travel, art, fashion, and design.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Enjoys working in an international environment.
- Proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with previous internship experience in media being a plus.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economics (BAC +4/5).
