Rimowa Global Media Assistant Intern

- Assist in the planning and briefing of local teams and agencies on global campaigns to enhance RIMOWA's brand awareness.
- Review and manage the approval of global and local media plans and activations, maintaining updated media plan summaries.
- Manage a Global Media file summarizing all local and global activations throughout the year.
- Inform creative agencies about the localization of campaign assets, including digital display, OOH, and print, ensuring timely delivery globally and locally.
- Support the collection and consolidation of campaign results and prepare global post-campaign reports.
- Monitor competitors and share innovative approaches and best practices with the global marketing team.
- Track global media expenses and contribute to budget management.
- Design, edit, and contribute to presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing Quarterly Business Reviews and coordinating meetings with media partners, agencies, and regional teams.
- Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economy (BAC +4/5).
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Korean are advantageous.
- Previous internship experience in media, either in an agency or company, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
- Passion for media, digital trends, and the luxury industry, with an affinity for travel, art, fashion, and design.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive team player with meticulous attention to detail.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with previous internship experience in the media domain.
Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economy (BAC +4/5).
